MORE INFO The Giotto Type V is a heat exchange espresso machine from Rocket Espresso designed to fit the power of high-end equipment in a stylized, compact housing. Rocket Espresso’s unique aesthetic shows in the tapered height-adjustable feet and large, gear-like steam & hot water knobs. At the core of the machine are a 1.8 liter copper boiler and 1200 watt heating element that work in concert with the E61 group for temperature stability. The heat exchanger boiler allows the Mozzafiato Type V to brew and steam simultaneously. To complement the Mozzafiato Type V’s brew and steam power, the PID temperature controller uses 4 settings to ensure the best results in the cup, and can be adjusted to accommodate different roast styles.
