Everything is shipped in new boxes from ULine using new, high quality tapes, packing fill, bubble wrap, foam, etc. This is reflected fairly in our handling costs but also in our feedback from customers. If you find that something has been damaged in transit please let us know ASAP (take pictures!) so we can file a claim with the carrier and refund or replace the item at no cost to you. Our preferred shipping carriers are Fedex and UPS. Your purchase will be packed and shipped securely as appropriate for the item: All purchases greater than $500 will be shipped with Signature Required. Non-fragile items will be packed in either a cardboard box or a padded envelope with at least 1 inch of padding on all sides. Fragile items such as electronics will be securely packaged with a minimum of 3 inches of padding on all sides Labels marking the item as fragile and any other labels that may be appropriate. All items greater than 20 lb will be packaged in new, 275lb. test double-wall corrugated boxes. All items will be protected with any combination of poly bags, bubble wrap, foam, packing peanuts, or expandable foam inserts. All sensitive electronics will be shipped with anti-static packing materials. Static-shielding bags will also be used if the item requires them. All items sensitive to humidity, moisture, or corrosion will be placed into a water-resistant barrier with new desiccant packets. All shipments are tracked and insured for their full value. “This combiner is in great condition. All RF ports are clean. The instrument body is clean and without damage from scratches/dents. There is some wear and tear, particularly on the backside of the front handles as well as the rear bumpers, due to this unit being used in a rack.”
