ROHDE & SCHWARZ UPV Audio Analyzer (Dual Domain; FFT capability; 250kHz; Ultra Low Distortion Generator; 2nd Generator; 32bit, 384 kHz digital capability) This is considered by many, to be the finest audio measuring device ever designed - whether that claim is measured by it being the lowest distortion, fastest responding, most feature laden, highest precision, best user interface, etc. It certainly was at the top of pcX's ultimate wish list. Then in late 2015, pcX was very fortunate to purchase three of these advanced audio measurement devices - keeping two for its own in-house tech department. We are now selling the spare 3rd unit. This unit was built in Germany in mid-2011, and is still their most current model. The world's most advanced audio analyzer by far, this instrument measures digital systems at up to 32bit, 384kHz sample rate resolution, but at the same time carries accurate IEC/DIN turntable rumble weighting filters, as well as most everything else. This UPV can do it all. It has an ultra low distortion analog generator, a second analog generator, dual domain (inputs & outputs for both digital and analog) capability, and a whole host of software options built in, including FFT spectrum analysis. pcX has completely cleaned the unit (it was already in excellent condition), and it has been thoroughly tested. This unit measures essentially identical to our two other calibrated units - both of which noticeably exceeded the manufacturer’s already impressive published specifications.
