Moreover, the Romer Faro CMM 3036i Bend Tube Measurement System has impressive linear accuracy and repeatability, which is within a range of +/- 0.005 inches. In addition to all these fantastic features, the system comes with a custom storage case equipped with various tools, including a 5/8" Micro Tube Fork Non-Contact, a 3" Extended Leg Tube Fork Non-Contact, a Fine Point Probe, a 6mm Ball Probe, and a 15mm Ball Probe, as well as a Calibration "T" Bar. The system has automated bender data correction, reverse engineer capabilities to create XYZ and LRA data, and mouse control built right into the measuring arm. JM Technology has an exceptional product that is perfect for measuring bend tube shapes - the Romer Faro CMM 3036i Bend Tube Measurement System. This machine is designed with six high resolution direct drive digital encoders and is specifically engineered to create auto correction files that work alongside tube and wire bending equipment. Boasting a measuring arm that extends to a maximum overall length of 9.5 feet, this machine also comes with a counterbalance system that provides a 9.5-foot envelope.
