Shipping, crating, skidding, etc. are not included in the price and must be scheduled within 4 days after payment has been received. Loading on a truck is included in the price, while skidding is $250 per skid and includes stretch wrap and metal banding, but only upon request. Crating is $500 per crate (4' x 8' x 4') and includes stretch wrap and metal banding, but only upon request.
