This Ross three barrel frozen custard machine was from a closed Ritter's custard shop near Indianapolis. We moved it down along with the store inventory to open here. Our dream is no more & this needs to go. Frozen custard is a rich ice cream that is frozen and extruded instead of churning like soft serve. This machine can also make Italian ice as a separate setting. Three barrels let you make three different flavors at a time. This machine uses 3-phase power or requires a converter. The large compressors were mounted roof-top but could go on an rack system. The system was removed by refrigeration techs and it has been in storage. The manufacturer date from the serial number is May 1998. The process is easy to learn and base mix is available through most food service companies. Start with a vanilla base and most any flavor can be made, stir in candy, nuts, syrups be creative. Pick up only. The unit is on a pallet & we have a forklift on site. The freight cost goes to the buyer. Have a neon Frozen Custard made here sign - it hung above the machine with an arrow pointing to the fresh Custard being made.  Free with purchase.
