Rotary Vacuum Workstation      Features: Variable speed control: 25 to 90 Rev. per minute. Reversible spindle rotation. Foot switch control for holding & releasing work piece under vacuum. Cord is 9ft. long. Superior vacuum holding power (28" Hg) for rotating work piece in aiding cleaning, spraying, metalizing, grinding, polishing and painting. A soft rubber "O" ring provides the vacuum seal with the work piece. Compact in size: 7.5"wide x 5.5" deep x 7" tall powder coated aluminum box. Weighs 6.4 pounds. 110Volt operation with 9 ft. power cord. Able to accommodate large diameter work pieces depending on adapter size. Requires 70 to 85 pounds per square inch filtered air or nitrogen. Air hose is included with 1/4" NPT industrial shape quick disconnect. Workstations are tested prototypes and includes a built in 65dB ejector vacuum pump. Vacuum adapters included are as follows:            Adapter No.:      "O" ring diameter :       Vacuum holding force:                 1                                 .75"                         2.5 lbs.                 2                                1.25"                        10 lbs.                 3                                1.75"                        25 lbs. Operation notes: A water moisture filter is required in the air line to prevent workstation water damage. Avoid liquid contact with the workstation. Not to be operated in flammable or sandy environments. Maximum work piece weight not to exceed 8 pounds. To operate unit connect up air supply, attach adapter firmly onto rotary spindle, flip the on switch, select rotation, center the work on the adapter, engage foot switch to generate vacuum then adjust rotation speed. Foot switch engagement initiates rotation and vacuum.
