Rotating base with a locking wheel, anodized aluminum, unknown brand, good working condition. Does not have any scale for reading angular position. The base is 3.5" in diameter and 3/4" thick. Clear counterbore holes available for mounting on both surfaces, plus two 8-32 threaded holes on one side. Payments, Shipping, and Returns: We allow a 14-day right of inspection.
