This item is in excellent working condition. The only reason we're Samsung is we got rid of all our sinker EDM's . Here's all the specs.The Rotobore is a complete rotating system for any vertical ram or wire EDM machine. Class 7 bearings provide high rotational accuracy. This allows EDMing of both small and large, perfectly round and straight holes to tight tolerances. One of the main features of the Rotobore is its ability to reduce EDM cutting time by providing improved flushing and uniform electrode wear. The rotation provided by the Rotobore? system assists in the flushing of debris and assures that the hole produced will be perfectly round and straight. Accurate centering and alignment of electrodes to within .0001" over 4 inches is provided by a built-in centering and tilting system, the Centri-Tilt. The Centri-Tilt provides a two axes tilt mechanism to obtain electrode parallelism to the RAM and a two way shift centering mechanism to eliminate electrode runout, regardless of the size of the electrode. The Rotobore spindle is available by itself or as a part of a complete system which includes: Spindle head (compact 4" high, 4.5 lbs.) Flexible drive shaft Centri-tilt electrode holder Drive unit included.
