  Aximax 2 Vaneaxial Fan, 115 VAC, 0.33 A, 400 Hz, 20,000 RPM, 58 CFM, 0.5 uF CAP Series  368YS The Aximax 2 fan, like other vaneaxial fans, has both aerodynamic impeller blades and stationary guide vanes to enhance static pressure efficiency. These high speed fans achieve maximum performance and minimum size with the unique inverted AC induction motor. Our Brushless DC driven fans have electronics circuitry mounted in a disk attached to the case hub or  in an external module to handle higher power requirements. Aximax vaneaxial fans are designed for use in tightly packaged airborne "black-boxes" where sizes and weight must be held to an absolute minimum, where reliability is critical, and where high heat loads must be dissipated with cooling air. The venturi case and propeller are cast aluminum. Rotron's unique inverted motor rotorprop impeller stainless steel shaft runs on two high-precision (ABEC 5), double-shielded, stainless steel ball bearings with an integral lubricant reservoir to give longer maintenance-free life.
