How do we ascertain condition of antiques and collectibles? We go over each and every item. Often, we take items to an outside professional for additional input or information. Jewelers, collectors or clubs. A buyer of antiques and collectibles will understnad that vintage/antique items have been used and will show wear that is appropriate for the age/use of the item.We attempt to describe every item, any issues or defects to the best of our ability. We MAY miss something. This is NOT intentional, and is an honest mistake. Why is FEEDBACK IMPORTANT to us? We appreciate honest input and Feedback. It helps our clients know that we are doing a good job selling their personal articles. If an item does not meet your expectations or standards, we appreciate open and honest communications.
