This product is equivalent to the Star FS1RT and is designed to deliver dry steam at temperatures of 212 degrees F. The unit comes with a 2-7/8 in. D 1/2 size steaming pan and a self-contained water tank. Its special features include a single shot, instant steaming or timed cycle. The timed cooking programmable feature of this unit can be set up to 99-minutes. The Round-Up Deluxe Food Warmer, Model # DFW-150CF, is a high-quality machine designed to steam breads, meats, and vegetables using dry steam at a temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit. This food warmer is equipped with a self-contained water tank that can be filled with unfiltered water straight from the tap. The water filter of the steamer is effectively protected from debris by a filter. The food warmer is capable of being used on a timer setting with adjustable steam frequency and volume. Alternatively, a button can be pressed to deliver a single shot of heat to the unit's trivet. The Round-Up Deluxe Food Warmer comes with a half-size steaming pan. The Round-Up Deluxe Food Warmer is shipped on Monday thru Friday between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm eastern standard time. If your payment is received before 11:00 am, your item will usually ship the same day if going by UPS. Freight items will ship 2-3 business days of receiving payment to allow crating and The Green Ready light will stay illuminated when the machine has preheated, taking approximately 30 minutes. It boasts a hi-limit reset button to prevent electrical overheating, and the trivet and pan can be removed and cleaned in soapy water. It is constructed from stainless steel and comes with a 120V/50/60Hz/1-ph, 1800W, 15 A, NEMA 5-15P plug and an included 6-ft. cord. This durable food warmer has overall dimensions of 16-5/8 in. W x 17-1/4 in. D x 8-3/4 in. H, making it ideal for use in busy restaurant kitchens. The unit is cETLus, CE, and ETL Sanitation Listed, with NSF and ANSI Certification. It is capable of being adjusted to change the cycle duration, from 3 seconds to 99-minutes and 59-seconds.
