However, most products do not include a "manufacturer's warranty". Products are tested to the best of our abilities. This can include a power-up test, navigating menus, performing simple operational tests, etc. We do not always have the resources and/or abilities to fully test each item we sell. However, we do guarantee and warranty all of our products (unless otherwise advertised "as is", "broken", etc.). Our standard guarantee/warranty period is 14 days. This period begins on the delivery date. This gives the customer enough time to receive, inspect, and test the product - to make sure the product is satisfactory. If there are any issues, please contact us. We present our surplus products as accurately as possible. Please note that our products only include the pictured items. If an item is not in the picture (i.e. a power adapter, electrode, original packaging, etc.) - it is likely not included. That rule applies to "new in box" and "new, no box" items. In that, we are able to sell our products at 30-70% off the general trade price. 2. We do not purchase from the factory. Examples of our suppliers include business closings, business-to-business negotiated liquidations, government surplus, college surplus and general trade deals. 3. We do stand behind the products we sell. However, we do not work with the OEM manufacturers and do not provide their warranties. 4. In the event that your product is defective, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. 5. WARRANTY INFO - FULL WARRANTY/GUARANTEE STATEMENT We sell commercial, industrial and professional business equipment. Upon arrival at our shop, product is tested to the best of our abilities. Generally, the item pictured is the item that actually will end up in your hands. As our listings state, any given sale will include “the item(s) pictured”. If you do not see the item, component, etc., it is not included. We work hard to catalog each item individually and ensure the pictures shown represent the item(s) being sold. The item pictured is generally the exact item for sale. We largely deal with idle industrial supply. Sometimes, OEM boxes have minor wear and tear from sitting on a shelf, being moved, etc. Unless otherwise specified, all items include a ‘ non-DOA’ (dead/non-operable on delivery) warranty. We allow our customers are 14-day window (begining on the date of delivery) to inspect the product. If required, additional warranty terms must be agreed to before sale. We are not OEM dealers and do not allow casual "sampling" of products. If you purchase an item, make sure it's the item you need. Products may only be returned if defective. If you have any issues with your item, we must be notified within 14 days of delivery. If you need anything beyond that, let us know and we will try to work something out. since we rarely find issues with our equipment, problems are handled on an issue-to-issue basis. We work with our customers to take care of exchanges, repairs, returns, etc. Before purchasing, please check into the equipment and examine the photos to ensure this is exactly what you want.
