Typically what happens is we will call the shipping company and ask for a claim. - My package was never delivered? This rarely happens. The chances of it happening are very, very odd. But in the case that your package wasn’t delivered, send us a message. - I never got my package but it says delivered? We go by what the tracking information says. If your package says delivered we considered the item to have arrived safely. We have no way of verifying that you didn’t get the package.
