DAIRY QUALITY RT10 - INSTANT SCC TESTING - INFRARED TECHNOLOGY Dairy Quality’s RT10 lets you test your cow’s milk on the spot. The device is completely mobile so you can get instant SCC results everywhere you need it. And, when a count is high, the RT10 suggests the likely pathogen to help you choose an initial course of treatment. It helps to identify potential problems in individual cows down to the udder quarter, and it helps give warning of possible problems by tracking trends in tests of bulk storage tanks. This price includes:   RT 10 Apparatus Dairy Quality App for Apple products Apple Ipod Touch 16GB 12 cartridges The RT10  will help you:  Lower your SCC, improving milk quality and production, and protecting premiums or reducing penalties Reduce culling rates and decrease treatment costs by administering treatment immediately Speed cow recovery with earlier treatment Improve herd management with testing performed right in the milking parlor Reduce the spread of mastitis through the herd Keep better cow history with data and images of samples tested Maintain better information by sharing data via email or by electronic interface with herd management software How it works:  How It Works? The Dairy Quality process is easy: Draw a milk sample and load into a Dairy Quality slide. Insert the slide into the device and the imaging technology scans the milk.  An image of the sample is captured and analyzed by the Dairy SCC app. Results appear on screen on your iPhone or iPod.
