This was removed from service in working condition and is believed to be fully functional; that said, I have not tested it personally and it is sold as-is. Thanks for your interest. 2-line, 16 character, alpha-numeric, easy-to-read Liquid Crystal Display (LCD). Optional back-lit display available. Automatic Daylight Savings Time (DST) compensation. DST data entered from keyboard - makes future DST changes quick and easy. Time of day entered in 12-hour format. Automatic Leap Year compensation. 48-hour capacitive memory back-up - no batteries to replace. The display "Auto Prompts" the operator through the programming process - very user friendly. Ten (10) Basic Plans for daily and-or weekly programming. Twenty (20) powerful program steps per basic plan. Uniform Code Flash feature allows for UCF operation on any of the four relay outputs. Activation of the relays is delayed until after the end of side street clearings. Program Transfer from one AP41 to another.  Print-out feature allows operator to transfer the AP41 program to a printer for a hard-copy record. Four (4) SPDT Relay Outputs rated at 15 Amps at 115 VAC resistive load. Any of the 4 relay outputs can be programmed to activate steady on or momentary on (from 1 to 9 seconds).   Manual operation of any of the 4 relays from the keyboard.
