It is their High Security Cleaning Cart, with locking top and side compartments, large bag on one side, and Mop Bucket with Wringer inside on the other. It is the model 9T72 Cart, with the locking Security Extras. Top was an Optional Accessory piece, it is removable if you like, and it comes with heavy duty casters with rubber wheels. Again, it is in Super Clean Condition, perfect for office, industrial, even hotel motel use.
