The mop heads are new and sealed in their original plastic wrap - some of the wrap has come off. This item came from a store liquidation sale so we do not personally know its history. Our knowledge of this type of item is low took several photos to help you see the item. Please review the photos for condition and feel free to ask any questions so you know what you are bidding on. ITEM SHOWN IS THE EXACT ITEM YOU WILL RECEIVE We take great care to accurately describe each item and note any known defects.
