Customer Service Return Policy Culinary Depot is committed to making your online shopping experience a pleasurable one - we therefore offer a customer friendly return policy. We will gladly accept returns on all unused items that are still in their original packaging, with the exception of custom items and equipment with optional accessories. The customer is responsible for any shipping cost and a up to a 25% restocking fee on all items and up to 35% on walk-in boxes. Please notify us of any returns within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged Items Culinary Depot does all it can to assure that your item is shipped safely and securely.
