The Rusan Saru is a variable speed, fully automatic double sided pressure sensitive labeling machine. It can apply labels to non-round containers and with the addition of a wrap station can label round containers as well. It will apply two labels (front and back) since two labeling heads are utilized. The machine utilizes all stainless steel and aluminum construction with the exception of the control panels. Stepper-driven applicators, Photo-eye and gap censors. All delays are configured in counts of the product and/or label for wonderful accuracy. Products to be labeled are sensed as they pass a photo-eye. The photo-eye initiates a signal that is transmitted to the control, After a fully adjustable delay, the label is dispensed onto the passing product. For flat panels a wipe brush completes label application by wiping down the label onto the product. Controls consist of a main power switch, and a operator interface . Capabilities: · Applies labels from 1” to 4-1/2 high · 1/8” standard label gap · Accepts industry standard 3” diameter label cores · Standard roll size is 12". IMPORTANT FACT When this machine was acquired both heads and accessories were completely wrapped and sealed in a shipping crate. They show no signs of ever being used before, i'm selling them as used because I have no way of confirming otherwise. Shipping will be by Freight and can be picked up locally.
