The splicer sometimes powered on automatically when it was plugged up but not always. The power button and the up and down arrow keys do not function, so I cannot get the splicer to power on by pressing the power button. The three buttons feel flat as if the button mechanisms are missing from underneath the button covers. The buttons on the left side of the splicer function properly. This splicer is in FAIR physical / cosmetic condition, I would rate it 5 out of 10! The splicer has some scuffs / scratches on the casing typical of normal use. The splicer is missing the fiber holders / covers. The casing is cracked and coming apart in two places on the right side of the splicer. The small plate that attaches the base to the splicer is cracked at the top two screws. The splicer is also missing one of the electrodes. This sale only includes the splicer and shrink oven that are pictured. The splicer battery is not included in the sale. (See Pictures) Please view pictures carefully.
