Additional available support: In addition to telephone support in both English and Spanish, we also offer local on-site technical support starting at $100.00/hour for duplicators, $125.00/hr. for multi color presses, and $155.00/hr. for DI presses. Travel is additional and will have to be quoted individually based on location. We are available nationwide and in most major cities around the world. Parts & supplies: PFS sells all available RYOBI OEM parts and supplies as well as tested and proven quality aftermarket products. We also support most RYOBI press accessories with parts, supplies, and service. Guarantee: If we cannot help you over the phone, or you are not satisfied with our level of support, we will refund all of your unused time as well as 50% of the time given based on .80/minute.
