This indirect-heated FRYER was removed from active service during a week long shutdown in July 2013. It was in operation until the day it was removed. The fryer has two belts, which can be operated at different speeds for different product. Each belt is 36" usable by approx 34.5' in oil. Infeed down-slope is 4.5'L. Outfeed up-slope is 18"L. Rated at approximately 60,000#/hr. Unit is being replaced by an 80,000lb/hr fryer. Belt and belt assembly (including holddown) are in great condition, having been totally replaced summer of 2011. Belt is woven wire with rods on 2.5" centers. Pan is in very good condition and is built of 3/16" S/S. A separately controllable 2 HP 208-230/460V 3ph motor drives each belt. Overhead lift system, fixed to the fryer, lifts the top enclosure and the belt system from the fryer for cleaning or inspection. Fryer is complete with steam-infeed CIP system. System is sold with all 4" and 8" HD S/S welded and flanged piping and valves which brought the heated oil from another location in the plant to the fryer, recirculated the oil, and then brought water into the fryer for cleaning. Two S/S pumps, a 30HP and a 10Hp, circulate the oil and water. Pumps are located near the 30" x 30" round filter, which is also included with the fryer. Control box is not S/S. Infeed and outfeed each have 3 CO2 horns for fire suppression. OL 40'. OW 9'9". OH 10' (can be lower if lift mechanism is removed. Fryer appears in quite good condition, but since we are unable to test it, we are offering it AS IS, WHERE IS, Northwest Arkansas. Ref # 52264. Note: This is a larger item requiring a forklift to load. The seller will not arrange the shipping of this unit. Seller recommends buyer make arrangements with a freight company of buyer's choosing to haul this equipment on a flat bed truck. If buyer wants to use a box van, such as Freightquote.com sends in, the freight carrier will require that the item be skidded or crated. After the buyer purchases and pays for the unit, the seller can get you a skidding/crating quote.
