I am able to power on this centrifuge. I was able to set the centrifuge timer all the way up to the maximum setting and the centrifuge turned on immediately. This item comes with a 6 slot rotor. I really lack the knowledge and equipment to test this item any further so it is being sold as-is. Unpacked dims 11x10x9 see pictures for more details.
