The glass on the front of this unit is cracked, but does not seem to affect the functionality of this item. I am able to power on this recorder. Upon powering on this item, the recorder needle does move side to side several times and the digital display is bright, displaying various messages. I really lack the knowledge and equipment to test this item any further so it is being sold as-is. Unpacked dims 13x18x12 see pictures for more details.
