Heinze Dynalite DL-150 Fiber Optic Power Supply looks to be in good cosmetic condition, but does show signs of wear and previous use. I am able to power on this power supply. The light is very bright and I was able to adjust the lamp brightness using the adjustment knob with ease. I really lack the knowledge and equipment to test this item any further so it is being sold as-is.
