Also included is the canvas carrying case, AC Adapter, cable TV connector/cable and a hard copy copy of the User's Manual we made from a .pdf file we found on the Internet. We are not trained as cable TV technicians. The unit has a battery which allows it to run without being connected to the AC Adapter or it can be run from wall power when plugged into the AC Adapter. While the unit does power up and displayed information as it should when we entered commands, being as we are not cable tv technicians we cannot say with absolute certainty that the meter works 100% as it was originally intended to. Condition of Item(s): There are some signs of use on the the display screen and scuffing to the plastic covering "Sadelco MiniMax 800 Signal Level CATV Meter" including some areas of white discoloration on the screen, we would rate the meter as being in "Good" physical condition. The carrying case does exhibit some signs of use and wear, but is in good usable condition. The battery will take a charge, we charged the battery overnight and have been able to start the meter up more than a week later on that same charge. We really cannot say or guarantee how long the battery will hold a charge under normal use conditions. The AC adapter is a brand new third party adapter that we recently purchased from a seller right here on eBay. The cable TV connector/cable is in brand new un-used condition.
