These bags are in new, never used condition and measure 23"x15". They state "checks only no cash allowed" but I've seen these full of cash and coins (as pictured). There is a number on the front to "call if found" which can be changed with a sharpie. There is "citibank" discreetly printed along the edge, not sure if that is an issue. There are barcodes printed on the front and on the top (that you retain when you make the deposit). I try to provide as much information as I can so if you have any other questions, just let me know.
