Skylotec The Shockyard Flex V ALU is a 6 ft. twin-leg lanyard that provides lightweight 100% tie-off for at-height workers. All aluminum hardware reduces the weight of the L-0517-1,8 to below 4 lbs. Innovative design and a bare minimum of weight along with versatile lanyard hooks and large gate openings add up to a lanyard that provides maximum protection and ease of use. This twin leg lanyard from Skylotec meets all OSHA and ANSI fall protection standards. The large pelican (rebar) hooks for anchorage attachment have 2-1/2 in. gate openings for easy connection to a range of anchorage options. The captive eye carabiner which attaches to the harness dorsal D-ring has a twist lock and conforms to all standards including ANSI 3.6M. With the fall energy absorber line Shockyard, those working at heights are always secure. The high-strength polyester fibers in the cushioning core and in the protective sheathing do not absorb moisture and are not affected by variations in temperature. The fact that all the absorbing and load-bearing parts are encased by the sheathing of the SHOCKYARD also means it is suitable for work where there are sharp edges and makes it extremely resistant to dirt and any wear or abrasion.
