The new design incorporates CNC Router Parts carriages and belt reduction units The steel gantry design makes it more rigid ,and allows for a side load capability. We use pivot belt reduction with spring tension for zero backlash. This kit includes everything but the Electronics, steel for building the table and cross over tubes for gantry which would be purchased locally. This package deal includes,Gantry kit,gear rack and gears,igus cable track for both axis,bearings and all required hardware. Tubing frames for gantry are not included and would be purchased locally. THE CUSTOMER MUST WELD AND PAINT ALL COMPONENTS. DRILLING AND  TAPPING IS REQUIRED. NOTE: THIS GANTRY IS SHIPPED IN PIECES AND THE CUSTOMER MUST ASSEMBLE. IF YOU ARE NOT A DIY PERSON, THIS KIT IS NOT FOR YOU. (NO FRAME OR COLD ROLLED STEEL RAILS INCLUDED WITH THE GANTRY KIT) ELECTRONICS This Gantry allows you to use 620-4 electronics package which customer would order thru candcnc Here is the cost breakdown to build a 5x10 table.
