The Samsung Officeserv DS 5014S telephone is an ideal way to provide individual extensions whilst offering an excellent range of functions via 14 programmable keys and a 2 line LCD screen. The wide range of functions can be accessed using the 14 programmable fast-dial keys which can also be used for speed dialling. Each button has its own coloured LED status indicator. In addition, functions can also be easily accessed via the 2 line LCD screen which also displays call and system information. Features 14 Programmable Buttons - provide quick access to functions and speed dialling. Each has a tri-coloured LED status indicator. 2 Line LCD Screen - giving access to functions not assigned to programmable buttons. 3 Feature Buttons - together with the LCD screen provide access to further functions. Adjustable LCD Panel - can be altered to suit individual user needs. Volume Control - to adjust volume on the handset, the speaker and the ringer Choice of Ring Tones Hold Button - offering 3 types of hold. Buttons - redial, conference, transfer. Park Function - calls can be parked and picked up by another user. LCD Phone Status Indicator - shows busy, internal/external call, call holding & message waiting. These phones have been professionally refurbished. This process includes new cords and paper & plastic sets. The Phones are then shrink-wrapped and individually boxed. This phone requires a system to operate. All our hardware is tested and refurbished in our purpose built Erina warehouse. Telephones have both curly and line cords removed and replaced. The replacement cords we use are 3 meters in length when fully extended and 50cm when coiled. These are the same cords we sell in our cordage listing. The phones are then sanitized and cleaned to look as new as possible. New papers and plastic covers are then added. The phones are then passed through to quality control to make sure our standards are maintained. We then test the phones again before individually shrink wrapping and boxing. Cards and Control units are electronically tested and when possible firmware is upgraded to the latest version. These then come delivered in anti-static bags. For several years we have tweaked our process to obtain as close to perfection as humanly possible. This has helped us grow rapidly in to a market leader in the refurbished telecoms market. The photos contained on this site are indicative of the refurbishment process. Our phones are graded as follows A Grade: Very good condition. B Grade: Good working order with some marks or discoloration. C Grade: Good Working order but poor cosmetics and possible missing parts. Unless stated we do not include power supplies with any of our phones. This is because most phones now support POE (Power Over Ethernet). We specialize in Business Telephone Systems and Hosted IP Telephone Systems. The majority of phones we sell will not work on a standard PSTN line.
