For sale, a turn key business opportunity. A "Dustless blasting" system. This machine has the ability to media blast with or without using water in the blasting process. It is a DB 500 blaster. It is powered by a Doosan 185cfm compressor. There are only 371hrs on the compressor. There is a 120 gallon water storage tank and a 20 gallon "rinse off" tank. The setup comes with an air powered water pump to get the water out of the tanks and into the blaster. No electricity needed, just hook the air hose up from the compressor to the pump and you have water, 20 gallons per minute. The beauty of having everything on one trailer is that you can just hook up and go. A half ton pickup pulls everything very easily. You can blast with many different kinds of media. You can blast with or without using water. The water just contains all the dust and makes it a lot cleaner to work with. This machine was made for blasting metal without warping the metal. The water keeps the metal about 20 degrees cooler then the air temperature. It works great for vehicle restorations. But it can be used for a lot more steel, aluminum, wood, fiberglass, and brick walls are just some of them. Just use different air pressure and grits of materials. With this machine you can blast for about 45mins between refilling it. It has a 50ft blast hose. This machine works great! This is a great deal...considering that a setup like this from MMLJ was $40,000 last year. New ingersol rand compressors are selling for $25,000 for a 185 cfm.
