IT IS DIRTY AND HAS SOME MINOR SURFACE RUST THAT WILL NOT EFFECT PERFORMANCE. THE SHANK END MEASURES 1.657 DIA. THE BUISNESS END MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 1.825 DIA. AND IT'S 1.545 LONG. THE HEAD HOLDS FOUR SQUARE SHOULDER INSERTS, NOT INCLUDED. THE FOUR INSERT SEATS AND SCREWS ARE INCLUDED.
