One issue is in Pic7: the screw that held the two pieces of the arm has been replaced by a ziptie. I didn't notice until I got it home. Before I bought it, I was testing it out and liked the way it handled like a Dyson with the handle that moves to give you more maneuverability while vacuuming. A screw may be a few bucks and is identical to the one that holds the bottom of the arm to the motor body. The problem is that I have to remove those zipties to make the dimensions less, so the shipping costs stay low. So, I will get a screw but if you have zipties, you might want to try using them with the vacuum. Also, I installed a new belt.
