Listing Description Up for sale is a Sankyo SCT-3Q8 3A0241 card encoder with read and write capabilities. Only the items in the pictures are included. It does not come with box, instructions, software, AC adapter or anything else. We picked this up in a large lot of equipment from from a check cashing store that went out of business. It was removed from a working environment where it was used to dispense prepaid/gift cards. It appears to be in very good condition without significant wear and tear. I do not know how to power up or use this device, so it is being sold as is. I attempted to research the unit online. We didn't find much information on how to use the unit. Also, we all looked over this unit and we can't see anywhere to insert a power supply plug. There is a serial port, but we think that is to connect it to the computer. We carefully compared the unit to pictures on the Sankyo website it appears to be identical in every way, so we are stumped. Lastly, there was a small box of parts that was near the machine when we picked it up, so I am including them in the listing as well. I have no idea if they are extra parts for the machine or something else, so I am including them for free just to be sure. Hopefully, someone else out there knows how to use this.
