Items must be new or unused with original packaging and all instructional materials included in the shipment. Customers are responsible for all lost and damaged items in return shipping so please insure. All returns must be received at our location within 45 days of delivery. After 30 days of delivery, a partial refund may be issued. Returned merchandise that is either opened and/or used may be issued a partial refund. If the return is a result of a manufacturers defect, MSP will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges, if returned within the 30 day period. After the 30 day period has expired, the manufacturer’s warranty will be in effect. When MSP receives your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued. Refunds Refunds to customer can be expected within two weeks of the receipt of your returned merchandise. We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product. In many cases you may receive a refund sooner, but we estimate two weeks from receipt due to the time required for inspection and processing from your bank or credit card company.
