To use the transfer, pre-press the fabric for seven seconds, and then press the transfer for 10 seconds, with a heat press temperature setting at 390-400 degrees Fahrenheit and a pressure setting of 45-55 PSI. Peel the transfer paper from side to side or top to bottom in one smooth motion, taking care not to drag the paper across the print as it can cause some of the print to cool before the remaining paper is removed, causing holes in the ink deposit. Also, avoid touching or rubbing the paper before removing as it can cause holes as well.
