This printer is used, it has 3190 impressions to date. Our company bought this printer along with three others to do a project last month that was under severe time constraints. It worked flawlessly. I'm including the original 31mil ink cartridges that are full (showing 100%). PLEASE NOTE. in using this printer for our project, we did try some compatible ink (from amazon). When you do this, it warns you that you'll void your warranty. We agreed and proceeded. So there may be a way for the manufacturer to refuse WARRANTY here based on that. In some forums, users seem to believe that when accepting the warning while using compatible inks, the internal computer board of the printer will write to the firmware that you indeed accepted the choice of voided warranty. I have no proof that this is actually the case, however we DID accept the warning screen. The printer works great and with a clean 100% firing nozzle check and a clean demo page print. When you get this printer, Please test for yourself. I'm offering a 14 day return on this particular item because I stand behind everything I sell. I've been in Sublimation Printing for 2 years now and if you need any advice, please don't hesitate to reach out. I own several of the Sawgrass printers. I would encourage you to contact me after the sale because I do have some technical insight to some of the internal technical remedies that I've learned first hand with their tech support that I'm willing to share, of course.
