Homemade Sawmill or Bandwill Blade Guide Roller  1/2" Bore ****For use with 1-1/4" Sawmill Blade**** Be sure these are what you need before buying. We are not a testing operation..we are selling you what you see in description/pictures..If a return is opened, shipping is not a covered item and a RESTOCKING FEE  may apply..?????? If you are building a homemade sawmill. These rollers are a must to help keep the blade in place while cutting Qty-2 Rollers and 4 Bearings       blade not included **** Manufactured right here in Texas ****  CNC Machined I take a piece of 1018 round stock and use a CNC mill & turn it down to the following sizes..  No mounting hardware.. you are buying just the roller guides and  4-Press fit bearings (not installed.). Bearing number will be on side of each one.. and they are easy to replace when necessary. tightened bolt keeps bearings compressed, no snap rings to deal with Roller Guide weighs app. 1.4 Lbs..My guide is designed to help keep vibration down during operation blade are for illustration purposes only and not included  press fit design Designed for 1-1/4" blades only Sealed bearings Just under 1-3/16" across widest point of roller guide (Front to Rear) App. 15/16" wide/deep where blade rides on pulley 2-1/2" wide Overall back flange diameter 3-Grooves for dust partical clean out Flange at rear is app. 1/4" wide Diameter of pulley where blade rides is app. 2"  (outter diameter) all sizes may vary a little..and are approximate Bolt/shaft size for bearings 1/2" Double sealed bearings.. 1/2" spacer may be necessary when installed, depending on your set up..Not included If you have any questions..
