It comes with a 13 HP industrial OHV engine with transistorized ignition and low oil shut down that's been computer matched with this particular machine for optimum performance and reliability. With a 30” throat width and a maximum log diameter of 36”, this mill will handle most anything you could want to saw when built. THIS IS NOT A TOY OR A HOBBY MILL IT SAWS THE SAME SIZE LOG AS A $40,000.00 INDUSTRIAL MILL!!! This KIT includes everything you will need to build the mill shown less the structural steel. The standard track length of 20' will take logs to 16’ 4” in length, but you can build as much extra track as you need. The kit includes engine, clutch, saw guides, raise and lower pkg, carriage wheels, shafting, 19" saw wheels bearings and bushings, acu torque tension-er, saw blade, cut list for the steel, photo gallery for reference and CAD plans. It does not include the trailer kit because we purchase this from another source and see no need to pay shipping twice. You buy the trailer kit for the same as we pay and save paying shipping twice. The kit is complete and includes everything I start with when I build a mill every week EXCLUDING STEEL! It is not necessary to know how to weld to build this mill. The cost to have the welding done for this project is estimated to be around $300.00 assuming you do all the prep work. The time to build the mill is estimated to be around 40 hours and you will need to own or rent a drill press, a chop saw or band-saw, a 4" grinder and hand tools.
