This sale is for a used, probably non-working, Advantech IPC-6806 industrial controller chassis with accessory cards.   This steel chassis houses an ISA-slot single board computer and related ISA-slot peripheral cards.   The SBC uses a 100 MHz, 486 model CPU – this is Advantech part number PCA-6145B.   There is a PCMCIA adaptor mounted to the swing-open top lid of the chassis.   It still has the PCMCIA card that contains the operating system (4DOS) and the firmware for the unit.   There is also a SoundBlaster sound card, Advantech PCL-725 8-channel relay control card, and a Berkshire Products model 1090 “watchdog” card mounted within the chassis.   This particular chassis was modified to remove the standard AC power supply – instead this one has a DC/DC converter so that it can run off 12 VDC directly.   The DC comes in through the original AC connector – do not plug this into 120 VAC!!!   This unit was removed from service so it most probably is non-working in some way – I don’t have the ability to test it.   There is some light rust in a few places on the chassis.   This would make an awesome enclosure for other hobbyist projects.   You can find more information about the chassis, SBC, and relay card at www.advantech.com, search for the part numbers.   The overall size is approximately 16”L X 7”H X 6-1/2”W.     I will pack this well and ship this by Fedex Ground or Home.    There are no returns unless I have substantially misrepresented the item.   Sale to buyers in the USA only.   Paypal payment only and please pay within 2 days.   If you are unhappy with the transaction for some reason, contact me before posting negative or neutral feedback – I will try to make it right!
