Immediate payment is required. SHIPPING: Commercial Kitchen Center will ship worldwide, to any address. Shipping times usually range between 7 to 14 business days depending on the item purchased and location of the customer. Shipping times for specialty items may vary. For items indicating "free" shipping, that policy covers only commercial business addresses in the 48 continental United States. Any items being shipped outside of the 48 continental United States or items that do not qualify for free shipping, will incur additional shipping fees and will be calculated on a customer by customer basis. For residential addresses an additional fee will apply. Free shipping and paid standard shipping will get the delivery truck to you curb. The customer is responsible for unloading the product at that point. If the customer does not have the capability to unload the product themselves, "lift gate" services are available for an additional $150 fee and must be purchased in advance. Lift gate services will lower the product to the ground only. The customer is responsible for moving the product past that point. The customer must properly identify their delivery address as either commercial or residential. Failure to properly identify the correct type of address may result in additional fees. Any additional shipping chargers accrued due to customer error will be charged to the customer. Specific delivery appointment times can be arranged for an additional fee. Contact us for details. FREIGHT: Do not sign for the delivery of the item until you have inspected the item for damage or missing parts. Do not accept delivery of the item if the item is damaged or has missing parts. Tell the driver that you are refusing the delivery of the item due to damage or missing parts, then contact us immediately after for replacement options. If you are completely satisfied with your delivery, then sign for the delivery and accept your product. WARRANTIES: All products include regular manufacture warranties. Extended warranties may be purchased from Commercial Kitchen Center for an additional fee. RETURNS: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Returned products must be in original packaging and must be unused. We will not accept the return of used products under any circumstances. Returned products in used condition will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be required to pay the shipping fees. Refunds will be issued after the product is inspected and is insured to be in new working order. Refunds will be issued within 45 days of receiving the return.
