Any special requests to a specific day or time, or to a residential address will increase the cost. Any redelivery charges, charged by the carrier, are the responsibility of the buyer. Imaging/X-Rays: Most items are pre-crated and stored in our warehouse facility. However, some items may still be in the de- installation process or crating process. Due to timing and potential delays during these processes, please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your item. Please note, that many clients often request that we delay shipment until an installation date is scheduled and then have us ship to allow for delivery as close to the installation date as possible, due to space issues. We can offer a White Glove Delivery service (delivered inside your business and set up). The service is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information or a quote. The buyer should inspect items for damages prior to signing the Bill of Lading provided on delivery. Make sure you reference any damage on the Bill of Lading when delivered. This will help assure liability of the freight carrier, should any damage be found. International buyers: Some items may be available for international shipping. Such Defects will be repaired or replaced with like or similar products. O3 AMG'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR (THE CUSTOMER'S) EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY WILL BE LIMITED TO SUCH REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
