Description:  Schlage Electronics GF3000TRD DSM MBS Top-Rail Mortise-Mounted Shear Electromagnetic Lock with Status Sensors, Single Inswinging or Outswinging Door, Horizontal Mount, 3,000 lb. Holding Force, Satin Aluminum Finish Product Features Electromagnet installs into the top of a doorframe or header while the armature mounts into the top of the door or top rail to create a fully concealed locking system that provides 3,000 lb. of holding force with status sensors Recommended for inswinging and outswinging doors that are frameless glass with top rail, are hollow metal with a hollow frame, or have a wood frame and do not have the top clearance for air gap adjustments Door-status and magnetic-bond sensors communicate with an access control system to identify an open or closed door and monitor the strength of the magnetic connection Locking tabs on the electromagnet hook into the armature's grooves for additional security when locked Automatic voltage selection feature distinguishes between a 12-or 24-VDC electrical connection and adjusts automatically These Units list for around $1400.00 US and are selling for around $900.00+ online.
