Instead of denying yourself the most current chip technology or paying a fortune for prototyping, you can now use today’s most advance chip technologies in your circuits. SchmartBoard|ez makes hand soldering SMT parts fast, easy and flawless. 202-0035-01 EZ Discrete #2 Supports SOT23-3, 5, 6, SC70-5, 6, DPAK, D2PAK, SOT223, TO263-7, SOT89, 0805, 1206, CASE-A, B, C, D, E. Quick Start Guide Make sure that you have an variable temperature iron powered by at least 40 Watts. You will need a consistent temperature of 750 degrees or so to melt the lead free solder on a SchmartBoard|ez board Use a water soluble solder flux. No flux or a sticky flux will not work well for you. Make sure your soldering iron tip is smaller than the pitch that you are soldering. If you have a .5mm pitched part, you will need a tip of .4mm or smaller. If you follow the instructions, you should have a pleasant experience with our boards. As with any project, make sure you have the correct tool. We have posted videos of how to solder with SchmartBoard|ez on our website.
