We are not making any representations simply passing along 3rd party info. We have 26 units that were set up to use in a KTM plant. Half way through the job the project was canceled and the machines were pulled from production. It was reported to us that all units were working the day removed. We are not dealers in these units, we are in the industrial liquidation auction business. We really don't know how to run, test or trouble shoot the units. We have around 25 of these in liquidation so the best insurance we can give is a 14 day exchange warranty for any unit that arrives DOA. We can not give a money back guaranty as they are being sold in a client business liquidation and not an inventory item. On the other hand, we were told that a new replacement on one of these is close to $40K so for someone who knows what they are doing it should be a good value. UNKNOWN: There are times when our staff may not have the training or expertise to make a condition statement. In these cases they will simply state the manufactures name, model and photograph the factory tag and show condition as UNKNOWN. We will photograph any apparent missing items or damage. However we might not know when some parts or pieces are missing so it will be the buyers responsibility to insure they know what they are buying.
