The same exact product is being sold elsewhere for more money. I myself use both the otoscope and ophthalmoscope and find that they reliably provide clear and beautiful views. Includes 4 different sized adapters, one of which allows for the use of the Universal Welch Allyn tips (the tips you find in hospitals and doctor's offices). The otoscope head includes a swivel lens and an insufflator outlet.  (Please note: although pictures show a metal adapter, we now ship our sets with plastic adapters.) The instrument heads utilize a strong bayonet luer-locking mechanism.  Also included is our double sided pocket eye chart, with snellen on one side and Rosenbaum on the other.   Requires 2 x C batteries which are included (Duracell).
