Technician Testing Notes Visually inspected, cleaned and flushed the Reservoir Tank and installed a new Water Pump Filter and Drain Kit Upgrade and Water Pump. Cleaned the unit's chassis and installed a new Air Valve Plunger, Safety Valve, Check Valve and Compressor Air Filter. Cleaned the Sterilizing Cassette and installed a new Cassette Seal. Cleaned the unit's Cover and installed a new Keypad and Fascia Gasket. Connected the unit to a 120 volt power source, Levelled the unit for proper drying, connected a donor condenser waste bottle, added distilled water and calibrated the thermal couples. Then proceeded to test unit. Ran the unit thru all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. Temperature tested unit to verify it is achieving maximum sterilizing temperature using a Max Register Thermometer and found unit to maintain 273 F for an entire sterilizing cycle. Unit is fully functional.
