Technician Testing Notes Visually inspected, Cleaned and flushed the Reservoir Tank and installed a Water Pump Filter and Drain Kit upgrade. Installed a new Safety Valve, Check Valve, Air Compressor Filter, Biological Filter and Air Valve Plunger into the unit. Cleaned the Sterilizing Cassette and installed a new Cassette Seal. Connected unit to a 120 volt power source, levelled the unit for proper cassette drying, attached a donor condenser waste bottle, added distilled water and calibrated the unit. Ran the unit thru all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. Temperature tested the unit to verify it is achieving Maximum Sterilizing Temperature using a Max Register Thermometer, and found the unit to maintain 273 F for an entire cycle. Unit is fully functional and in good condition.
