Scientific Digital Thermometer DM6804A+ Works With K/E/J/T/B/N/R/S Type Thermocouples Measures -50 to 1999 °F (-50 to 1300 °C) This is a brand new, high quality thermometer for contact temperature measurements. It has two inputs for thermocouples and can work with many differnet types of thermocouples. It also had a memory for up to 2500 measuirements and an alarm fuction. It can be used in HVAC trade to check air conditioners, heaters or furnaces. It is also great for industrial and science projects, when you might deal with different types of thermocouples. It is also great for science projects and whenever you need a precise measurement of temperatures. It comes with one 3 ft (1 m) K-type temperature probe, it has a glass fiber insulation and works up to about 500°F (260°C) , but any other K-type probe with miniature thermocouple connector can be used. To use the thermometer for temperatures above 500 degree you would need a special thermocouple with a ceramic insulation or an insertion probe (not included).
